Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We typically require 1–3 business days to carefully prepare and package your order. Standard shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?

A: Your satisfaction is our priority. While we use secure packaging to protect every order, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

A: Absolutely. We offer a 30-day worry-free return period. If your order is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, you may request a return.
